Fitness has been a part of my life for over a decade, but my approach to coaching was shaped long before I ever worked with clients.

I spent 10 years working as a Biomedical Scientist, developing a deep understanding of human physiology, health, and evidence-based practice. During that time, I became increasingly fascinated by performance, body composition, and the factors that allow people to create lasting change.

In 2019, I completed my first coaching qualification and began working with clients alongside my scientific career. Since then, I've continued to invest heavily in my education, completing a second coaching qualification in 2024 and learning from some of the most respected coaches in the industry.

Over the years, I've worked with more than 60 clients across the world, helping busy professionals, athletes, and everyday individuals build stronger physiques, improve performance, and develop sustainable habits that last.

My coaching combines scientific understanding with real-world application. There's no unnecessary complexity, no extreme methods, and no one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, you'll receive a personalised system built around your goals, lifestyle, and long-term success.

Without a doubt, the constant support and advice from PJ. My training plan is

adjusted regularly to keep things fresh, challenging, and enjoyable. PJ checks in

every week to review how my training and nutrition have gone, and uses that

feedback and data to make adjustments where needed. Whenever my macros

change I can ask for examples of meal plans to show how I can easily achieve this

around my current eating habits. Having that ongoing support and accountability has

made a huge difference’
